Please read and follow these rules, they're not hard.

01. You have to link back to Saigo.

02. Please upload a code to your own server before or directly after you join. (Text links are fine ^^)

03. No sites with hateful things (racist, sexist, ect.). Anti-character sites are accepted though. And no porn/hentai sites. Tasteful nudity and humour are fine though.

04. Your site must be somewhat finished.

05. If you haven't been added after my last update then please e-mail me or tell me about it in the tag-board, I'll add you right away. I still have some problems with the submission forms (I'm really sorry for this!).

06. Please be sure to notify me if any of your info changes.

07. If your site is down then I will give it some time to come back before I remove your link. But be sure to still have a link back to Saigo if your site is on hiatus or under construction.

08. If you're submitting a site which includes a character name, then just give me the character's first name or the most used one.
